A huge number of chemical reactions take place in the installation, as a result of which the installation can be used for the following types of applications:
1. Complete disinfection of any types of hazardous waste containing more than 15% organic compounds, oil sludge, pesticides, honey waste, sleepers, softol, agricultural waste, poultry manure, condensed sludge sewage sludge, industrial wastewater with humidity up to 80%.
2. In addition to direct disinfection of hazardous waste, it is possible to process low-hazard waste such as agricultural waste, biomass, solid waste, associated gas in order to obtain synthesis gas consisting of hydrogen (H2) and carbon monoxide (CO) for the following purposes:

c) As a plasma chemical reactor for the reduction of metals from oxides in a medium of CO and H2 at temperatures from 2000 to 10000 degrees. (example - 50/50 by weight of iron scale at a price of $ 45 a ton and 50 tons of raw sawdust, we get 50 tons of iron powder worth $ 14,600 per day.

So, for example, if you equip a ship with our furnaces and a floating garbage supply mechanism, you can get synthesis gas directly on the ship, produce synthesis oil or carbamide or hydrogen, or electricity.
As a result of waste processing, harmful emissions of NOx and dioxins are not formed, only inert slags are formed. The equipment is completed according to the wishes and requirements of the customer in compliance with any environmental regulations.
And finally, in comparison with traditional furnaces, the caloric content of any fuel with an increase in humidity can go down to 0. Waste, wet or specially moistened by technology up to 60%, gasified in our reactors, decomposes water into hydrogen and oxygen due to a temperature of 3,000 degrees. Oxygen in combination with carbon gives CO, as a result, the total caloric content of the synthesis gas is 3-4 times higher than the caloric content of the initial waste. That is, we can confidently say that this furnace has a thermal efficiency from 300 to 400% and this is a breakthrough technology!
